At MSOE’s Rader School of Business, business education is built for the world students are entering now: fast-moving, technology-driven, data-rich, and shaped by artificial intelligence. Our students do not just study business ideas in theory. They learn how to apply them through real projects, practical problem-solving, industry connections, and courses that connect business, technology, analytics, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Because RSOB is part of a STEM-focused university, our students gain a distinctive advantage. They learn to think like business professionals who understand technology, and like technology users who understand people, organizations, and markets. From AI and data-driven decision-making to communication, teamwork, ethics, and innovation, our curriculum prepares students to lead with both skill and judgment.

The Rader School of Business has been part of MSOE’s commitment to applied professional education since the 1950s. Today, we continue that tradition with a forward-looking approach that prepares students for meaningful careers in accounting, finance, management, marketing, operations, entrepreneurship, and technology-enabled business. Our graduates are valued by employers because they are practical, prepared, adaptable, and ready to contribute from day one.

Students at RSOB benefit from small classes, accessible faculty, strong employer relationships, and the energy of a university known for hands-on learning. For parents, employers, alumni, and community partners, the promise is clear: MSOE business students graduate with the confidence, character, and applied skills needed to create value in a changing world.
