SE 2890 - Software Engineering Practices2 lecture hours 2 lab hours 3 credits This course provides an introduction to the discipline of software engineering for non-majors. Students will be exposed to the practices employed in determining requirements for the software which is to be developed. From the requirements specification, problem domain analysis will lead to a high level design. After review, the high level design will be used to create detailed designs and implement the software on a desktop machine. These activities will be reinforced through a team project and culminating with group oral presentations. (prereq: CS 2852 )
