NU 3320 - Complementary and Integrative Health Therapies

This interdisciplinary course examines the principles, practices, use and outcomes of complementary and integrative health therapies. The course will provide evidence-based complementary tools for health care providers of the field, review selected systems of alternative healing and specific healing modalities that are used in the general population, while incorporating critical thinking, and therapeutic communication within the scope of professional practice. (prereq: NU 2010 , consent of instructor)
