MUS 0700 - Electronic Orchestra

Course Description
This course offers students an exciting environment in which they develop talents in the performance and appreciation of music. In a laboratory environment students will learn the foundations of music production and will be able to compose and perform music combining acoustic and electronic instruments.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  • Display foundations and understanding of music production and music production software
  • Demonstrate their talents and skills in production and performance of music
  • Create and perform electroacoustic projects blending live and electronic instruments in a variety of styles and genres
