ARM 4100 - Officership2 lecture hours 0 lab hours 2 credits Course Description Focuses students on three main areas: the Military Decision-Making Process and the Army’s Training Management System, and ethical leadership and decision-making. It also covers several critical areas needed to operate effectively as an Army officer, including coordinating activities with staffs, counseling theory and practice within the “army context,” and ethics.
