BUS 3795 - Web Design II3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits Course Description This hands-on course is designed for experienced website designers. The course will cover all aspects of creating and including multimedia on a website. The course also covers Jquery techniques and database access using MySQL and mobile app development. (prereq: BUS 3790 ) (quarter system prereq: BA 3797) Course Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Create websites using the HTML5 elements
- Build websites using Jquery
- Create websites to access the MySQL database
- Develop an understanding of Blend and the issues surrounding its inclusion on websites
- Create 3D animations using Blend
- Set objects in motion with rigging and animation
- Learn animation techniques using BLEND
- Design web pages using UI Controls
- Creating custom controls
- Develop mobile apps
