BUS 3795 - Web Design II

Course Description
This hands-on course is designed for experienced website designers. The course will cover all aspects of creating and including multimedia on a website. The course also covers Jquery techniques and database access using MySQL and mobile app development. (prereq: BUS 3790 ) (quarter system prereq: BA 3797)
Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  • Create websites using the HTML5 elements
  • Build websites using Jquery
  • Create websites to access the MySQL database
  • Develop an understanding of Blend and the issues surrounding its inclusion on websites
  • Create 3D animations using Blend
  • Set objects in motion with rigging and animation
  • Learn animation techniques using BLEND
  • Design web pages using UI Controls
  • Creating custom controls
  • Develop mobile apps
