The Rader School of Business (RSOB) offers six different academic minors for students who want to gain additional insight into the skills needed to succeed in management, as well as a deeper understanding of business dynamics. They include business administration (day-to-day company operations), marketing (understanding the consumer mindset), finance (funding, balancing and processing), technology (uses and applications) and supply chain (material and process flow), and technical sales (customer acquisition and retention). RSOB minors require completing nine business classes (27 credits).
