The Rader School of Business is one of the oldest business schools in Wisconsin. As an integral part of the Milwaukee School of Engineering we are uniquely placed to connect technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership. We are committed to innovation, changing the way society thinks, works, and learns. We are proud of our links with industry. They are an integral part of our history and vital for our future. Management studies have been part of MSOE since the fifties. The University was founded to serve the needs of the many successful industrial businesses that surround our campus. The School of Business grew out of industries need for management training and was formally established in 1960.

We design our programs in flexible and innovative ways, supported by state-of-the art learning technologies, to meet learners personal or organization’s needs.

Key to this is our faculty, who are actively engaged in consultancy and business-relevant research, putting them in close touch with the needs of business and the community. They are committed to practicality, which means they are consistently current and topical in their teaching. They bring not only experience, but rigor to their programs.
