The intensive English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program offers classes in reading and writing, listening and speaking, grammar, and vocabulary. These classes are designed to prepare students to perform successfully in an American university.
MSOE’s Dual Admission Program prepares students accepted into a degree program at MSOE, but whose language proficiency is slightly below the minimum required level. Students are enrolled in two to three MSOE undergraduate credit classes and two to three EAP classes, developed specifically for a first-year undergraduate international student. EAP courses must be successfully completed before students are fully admitted into their degree program.
