BUS 3740 - Emerging Technology

Course Description
This course will introduce students to newer and emerging technologies with a focus on their impact and use in business.  Students will research and deliver presentations on selected topics related to emerging technologies.  (prereq: none)
Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  • Identify, research, and summarize several emerging technologies and architectures
  • Discuss the impact and use of emerging technologies in a business environment
  • Discuss ethical considerations regarding the use of emerging technologies
