ARM 2200 - Leadership and Teamwork2 lecture hours 0 lab hours 2 credits Course Description (MU: MISL 2200) Examines the challenges of leading tactical teams in the complex contemporary operating environment (COE). Highlights dimensions of terrain analysis, patrolling and operation orders. Further study of the theoretical basis of the Army Leadership Requirements Model explores the dynamics of adaptive leadership in the context of military operations. ARM 2200 provides a smooth transition to ARM 3100 . Cadets develop greater self-awareness as they assess their own leadership styles and practice communication and team-building skills. COE case studies give insight into the importance and practice of teamwork and tactics in real-world scenarios. (prereq: ARM 1100 , ARM 1200 , or instructor consent) Course Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Explore leadership in the contemporary environment incorporating terrain analysis, tactical strategies and team development
