AR 4100 - Officership2 lecture hours 0 lab hours 2 credits Course Description Focuses students on two main areas: the Military Decision-Making Process and the Army’s Training Management System. It also covers several critical areas needed to operate effectively as an Army officer, including coordinating activities with staffs, counseling theory and practice within the “Army context,” and ethics.
