HU 413S - Spanish IV2 lecture hours 2 lab hours 3 credits Course Description This course is a continuation of HU 412S Spanish III. (prereq: HU 412S or consent of instructor or department chair) Course Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the practical and fundamental skills of Spanish presented in this course in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, with emphasis on communication
- Use the target language both in and out of class
- Describe insights into the cultures of Spanish-speaking people and hopefully, a greater understanding of the world and our place in it
