Lean construction applications, advanced construction materials and processes from conception to completion; alternative construction delivery processes; codes, municipal approval processes and standards; various contemporary/innovative building systems; managing complex projects; means and methods variations; identification and analysis of the factors affecting resources of the construction industry on a local, national, or international level; materials, products, and equipment procurement utilizing supply chain management; procurement cycle using Internet based applications.
