MG 770 - New Product Management

This course is designed to develop a thorough understanding of the new product development process. The major stages of the process are ideation, concept, evaluation, commercialization, and on-going product management. The course uses multifunctional teams as the center of the new development process. This team approach is consistent with, and integrates, the concepts of concurrent engineering, empowerment, and total quality customer market driven strategy (prereq: MG 633  and MG 670 ) or graduate level equivalent)
