The Rader School of Business (RSOB) offers six different academic minors for students who want to gain additional insight into the skills needed to succeed in management, as well as a deeper understanding of business dynamics. They include business administration (day-to-day company operations), marketing (understanding the consumer mindset), finance (funding, balancing and processing), technology (uses and applications), supply chain (material and process flow), and technical sales (customer acquisition and retention). RSOB minors require completing nine business classes (27 credits).

1Students must commit to one of the two pathways:
BA 2501 Finance I
BA 2503 Finance II
BA 2505 Finance III
OR
BA 2510 Introduction to Accounting
BA 2520 Introduction to Finance
BA 2530 Corporate Finance
They cannot mix and match courses in the two series.
