The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the MSOE Rader School of Business (RSOB) prepares students for success in business and beyond. Our industry driven, technology-focused curriculum combines broad-based exploration of business theory while delving more deeply into specific fields of study, including: information technology systems, marketing, finance, and international supply chain and logistics. Students apply what they’ve learned in the classroom working side-by-side with expert faculty and our ever-expanding network of corporate and non-profit partners. Focusing on leadership development skills and technology, our undergraduate business programs emphasize experiential learning that nourishes the entrepreneurial spirit and critical thinking skills needed to tackle the toughest challenges.
Students entering the program from high school are accepted into the program starting freshman year. In addition to studying a range of business subjects, the program requires students to participate in a professional internship. Students work at companies such as Apexx Marketing, Assurant Health, Aurora Health, Brady Corp., Direct Supply, Harley-Davidson, GE Healthcare, Johnson Controls, Northwestern Mutual, and Rockwell Automation, to name a few.
MSOE’s Rader School of Business allows students to engineer their business career. The BBA is designed to allow students to select electives related to their interests, making the degree flexible and powerful. Classes are small, which encourages interaction and networking. Professors bring business experience into the classroom, along with a passion for teaching. What is taught in the classroom can be applied immediately to the workplace. An uncompromising approach to quality provides a meaningful education that carries value well beyond graduation. Individuals with an MSOE degree are highly sought by employers around the world.
The degree is available to traditional full-time undergraduate students, and flexible plans of study are also available for working professionals. The BBA degree can be completed on a part-time or full-time basis. Classes may be taken during the day or evening, with several options for blended Internet classes available each academic term.
