A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)-Health Care Systems Management from MSOE, with its unique blend of nursing and business concepts, will equip graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to function effectively in the health care environment. MSOE’s MSN program is based on the fact that nurses at mid-management, executive levels and nurse entrepreneurs must have the capacity to manage financial resources, manage human capital, analyze large data sets, understand complex organizational systems, and ensure quality and safety, all through the lens of nursing practice. The curriculum in the MSN program meets this need by blending the expertise of the faculty of the School of Nursing and the Rader School of Business with the student’s knowledge and experience. 

Designed to accommodate busy working professionals, courses are available via blended-online format. This combines the benefits of face-to-face interaction with the convenience of online learning. The blended-online delivery format provides flexibility to balance graduate education with work and family responsibilities.
