MB 6310 - Professional Seminar I1 lecture hours 0 lab hours 1 credits Course Description The objective of the course is to initiate the leadership development process and position the learner for success in graduate study. Students will complete a self-analysis of “self as leader” and formulate short-term personal goals for leadership development, involving understanding leadership styles and acquiring new leadership attributes. In addition, the course will establish expectations for professional writing throughout the program, and review the tools and technologies to be employed in the program.
