MG 750 - Knowledge Management3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits Course Description The goal of this course is to provide a foundation covering the major problems, challenges, concepts, and techniques dealing with the organization and management of knowledge with the help of computers. Emphasis is placed on the study of knowledge and its creation, acquisition, representation, dissemination, use and re-use, and management. Further study occurs in knowledge generation, engineering, transfer, and in the representation, organization, and exchange of knowledge.
