MG 747 - Advanced Manufacturing Management3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits Course Description This course addresses advanced manufacturing operations management issues and design. The course provides the student with the knowledge of fundamental changes that are required to improve competitiveness. This course is classroom-based and includes lecture, discussion topics, and both individual and team based problem solving. An individual class project that requires the student to apply the course teachings to an actual company situation is an important part of the learning transfer.
