EE 814 - VLSI Circuit Design3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits Course Description This course presents the structure and properties of MOS transistors, and VLSI circuit design techniques for both digital and analog circuits. Digital circuits designed include the use of logic gates, tri-state devices and multiplexers. Analog circuit designs include amplifier stages and the consideration of noise. The course includes the use of computer-based circuit analysis tools for the simulation of circuit behavior.
