MS 441 - Supervision3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits Course Description This course investigates the supervisor’s role in a modern business including human relations, motivation and communication. It emphasizes the planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling aspects of supervision through the application of principles to real-life case situations.
