ME 361 - Dynamics of Machinery2 lecture hours 2 lab hours 3 credits Course Description This course is an application of the principles of dynamics to mechanisms and machine elements. Topics will include kinematic and dynamic analysis of linkages and cam mechanisms. (prereq: ME 206 ) Course Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: • classify various types of common mechanisms
• perform position, velocity, and acceleration, and dynamic force analysis on closed loop kinematic chains
