AR 3303 - Applied Leadership Laboratory 31 lecture hours 0 lab hours 1 credits Course Description Practical exercises and evaluations in military leadership skills including operational planning, quality management and inspections, and controlling small groups in realistic settings. Students develop training programs, plan training sessions, and present classes for Military Science Leadership labs. Topics include field training exercises, tactical leadership, decision making, and squad level offensive and defensive battle drills. Offered spring term.
