MS 3050 - Health Care Budgeting and Financial Management

This course begins with an introduction to health care finance and a description of the current financial environment in which health care organizations function. It then will explore how financial and managerial accounting processes are applied in health care settings, presenting concepts that are critical to making sound financial decisions to better the cost-effectiveness of the organization.
