MS 2777 - Web JavaServer Pages3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits This hands-on course is designed for experienced programmers that want to learn the basics of server-side Java programming. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to create JSP pages that provide dynamic Web content to users; incorporate graphics and multimedia responses to client requests; understand how multiple threads affect JSP coding; allow users to authenticate themselves in order to protect web content; and, understand the basics of XML processing. (prereq: MS 2775 or equivalent Java programming language experience)
