MA 3502 - Engineering Mathematics II4 lecture hours 0 lab hours 4 credits This course draws material that is essential to the further study of engineering from the area of differential equations. Topics are to be chosen from: the study and solutions of several classes of first order differential equations (separable, first order linear and exact); modeling of physical situations with first and second order differential equations; solutions of higher order differential equations; use of the Laplace transform as a method of solution. (prereq: MA 226 or MA 231 or equivalent)
