BME 4920 - THL Container Project2 lecture hours 2 lab hours 3 credits Course Description The course offers an in-depth analysis and evaluation of a medical device or system chosen by the instructor. Both theoretical principles of operation and laboratory evaluation are conducted by students under the guidance of the instructor. Prereq: Junior standing Note: This course is taken by students participating in the THL student exchange program while studying at THL. This course meets the following Raider Core CLO Requirement: None Course Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Explain the principles of operation of a currently used medical device.
- Conduct a laboratory investigation to analyze and evaluate the performance of a currently used medical device.
