Course Description
This course will provide theory and the practical application of a variety of advanced investment and financial analysis related topics, including advanced financial statement analysis, quantitative financial analytical techniques, advanced portfolio management theory, analysis of multinational corporations, valuation for acquisitions and takeovers, financial analytics for stock picking and trading, and the analysis of options.
Prereq: BUS 2530 , BUS 3593 (quarter system prereq: BA 2503, BA 3593)

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

- Examine approaches to analyzing company data for stock picking and trading activity
