MB 7500 - Building Value Through Process and Technology2 lecture hours 4 lab hours 4 credits Course Description This course examines both core operational processes and technologies that enable an organization to achieve its objectives. Students compare and contrast operations in the product and service sectors, and plan to deploy an organization’s strategic plan. The evaluation, acquisition, and deployment of new technologies in support of organizational objectives are a key focus. The course also includes the use of process analysis and lean tools and techniques to enhance organizational performance.
