MB 6600 - Developing and Leveraging Human Capital2 lecture hours 4 lab hours 4 credits Course Description This course prepares students to identify, recruit, select, hire, orient, evaluate and develop the talent needed to drive organizational success. Current and emerging trends in strategic human resources and the work environment are identified and analyzed. Students identify and evaluate a variety of employee compensation and benefit models, and assess the impact of different models on employee performance and retention. Legal and regulatory requirements affecting the workforce are also reviewed.
