MB 7800 - Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship2 lecture hours 4 lab hours 4 credits Course Description This course helps students design a global strategy that is both for and from an interdependent world, which will help their organization turn the world into the most important source of capabilities and innovation - not just a source of markets or lower factor costs. Students explore how organizations achieve and sustain superior performance, and why some organizations generate poor results. Students also learn the stages and activities of the innovation and new product process, as well as the entrepreneurial process of moving an innovation forward to market.
