MG 735 - Leadership Communication3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits Course Description This course addresses theory and practice in the design of organizational structure, processes and systems to optimize communication. It demonstrates how improved communications can lead to improved productivity. Among the topics are the communication process, formal and informal communication, interpersonal communication, barriers to effective communication, nonverbal communication, and how to improve the communication process in organizations.
