ME 4906 - Applied Numerical Methods3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits Course Description This course is a capstone numerical methods experience meant to complement the dynamic sequence core concepts. The course will contain a focus on lumped modeling with specific reference to multi-degree of freedom eigenanalysis for linear systems as well as a strong focus on issues arising due to system nonlinearity and feasibility of linearization.
