MG 7005 - Sustainable Built Environment3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits Course Description How sustainable construction materials and methods contribute to meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs; identify and analyze those international, national, and local programs promoting sustainable construction; characterize the components of successful sustainable construction projects; analyzes design as well as construction aspects of Green Building and LEED certification; project strategies to achieve LEED certification; industry ecology, construction environment impact studies.
