BA 4449 - Human Resource Strategic Compliance3 lecture hours 0 lab hours 3 credits Course Description This course looks at the activities that comprise the management of human resources in a business organization. The scope and intent of human resource practices are identified from a management perspective with emphasis on: ethics, equal employment opportunity, motivation, leadership, discipline, and the rights and responsibility of employer/employee. (prereq: junior standing) Course Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
